Playdate Posts is a private playdate text list run by Vanessa Malloy in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what information Playdate Posts collects and how it's used.

What we collect

• Your mobile phone number, when you text JOIN to join.
• Your first and last name, which you send when you join.
• Your replies to playdate texts (YES or NO) and the kids' names you include with a YES.

How we use it

• To send you playdate texts from Vanessa.
• When you reply YES and get a spot, your name, kids' names and phone number are shared with Vanessa (the host), and her contact details and the playdate location are shared with you, so you can coordinate.
• To count replies so Vanessa knows how many families are coming.

Kids' names from replies are kept only as long as needed for that playdate.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Texts are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio, only to send and receive Playdate Posts messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any Playdate Posts text to stop all messages. You can also email us to have your information deleted.
